I used a whole box of pancake/waffle mix to make over 30 large waffles today. Each waffle takes 4 minutes so it took a couple of hours to finish. Love these as they're nice and fluffy and great for breakfast or snacks.
MMM. I think I have to make some and try freezing them. I usually only make a couple at a time. How are they when you heat them back up? And do you use a toaster oven? I think mine are too big for a regular toaster.

ReplyDeleteWe just microwave them. To have crispy ones I guess you could use the oven, I don't have a toaster oven but I guess that would work as well.
